Booking a destination wedding vendor usually means a dozen browser tabs, three WhatsApp threads and a deposit wired to someone you have never met. Our vendor marketplace puts it on one page: find them, see how other couples rated them, hold your date, and pay in one place.

Open the vendor marketplace.

Thirteen categories, from planners to priests: Planners, Decor, Catering, Mehndi, DJs, Photographers, Videographers, Lighting & Sound, Beauty, Priests & Officiants, Travel Agents, Favors & Gifts and Transportation.

Then narrow it down:

From the vendor’s public reviews, with the source named. A listing that reads “Google 4.9★ (127)” means 127 Google reviews averaging 4.9. You can read them yourself before you decide.

Every listing has a Hold your date card. You give your wedding date, the event (wedding, sangeet, mehndi, haldi, reception, engagement or other), your guest count and your name and email. That is the whole request.

Because the money should move when the work is done, not before. When you pay through WeddingPlan360, we hold the funds and release them to the vendor on your behalf once the work is confirmed. You pay in one place, and you get exactly what you booked.

It also means one record. Every vendor, every contract and every receipt sits in one list instead of six inboxes, which is the same list our planners work from on step 6 of our checklist.

Yes, and they matter. Resorts only let in outside vendors they have on file, and some charge a fee for each one. We register your vendors with the resort for you, so nobody is stopped at the gate on the morning of your mehndi.

No. Asking is free, and there is nothing to pay until the vendor confirms.

Not until you choose to share them. Your contact details stay with us.

Three days. If they confirm, the date is yours.

Some are. The “where they work” filter covers 32 places today, including Atlanta, Lake Como, Tuscany, London and Dubai, but most vendors work in Cancun and the Riviera Maya.

WeddingPlan360 helps you plan a destination wedding from A-Z. We care to truly advocate for our couples every step of the way.

If you would rather we pick the vendors with you, that is part of what we do. Book a free call and tell us what you picture. You will leave it with real numbers either way.

What can you search for?
