Day-of coordination. Free planning does not put a person on site to run your vendors, your guests and the timeline on the day itself. Your resort planner runs the resort’s side of your events; an on-site coordinator of our own, physically present on your wedding day, is a separate service at an additional fee. Ask us for a quote and we will price it for your events.<\/p>\n
Resorts pay us a commission when your wedding and room block confirm, the same way hotels have always paid travel agencies. That money comes from the resort’s marketing budget, not from your rate. Our group rates come from contracts we signed directly, and they are usually sharper than what you would get calling the resort yourself.<\/p>\n
