We went to Hawaii for our four-year dating anniversary and rented a house with probably the most beautiful view of the sunset. We got dressed up and arrange a tripod to take what I believed were cute sunset pictures, after which Duggan got down on one knee! I had no idea it was coming, and it was probably the most perfect day from starting to finish!
WHAT WAS THE MOST SPECIAL MEMORY FROM THE DAY?
Duggan and I went to a really small highschool and knew one another, but never dated until we moved 300 miles away to attend Texas Tech University and reconnected over intramural soccer. It was crazy how briskly we fell for one another and even crazier to think we grew up together and never would have imagined getting married someday! We got married in our hometown of Waco, Texas, and wouldn’t change anything about one of the best day of our lives.

I wanted a quite simple wedding dress with a low back and Essense of Australia Style D3112 was my dream gown! It had probably the most beautiful lace train detail with a straightforward front and a low back with beaded straps. I absolutely fell in love with all of the small print on this dress.
TELL US MORE ABOUT YOUR WEDDING. WHAT WERE YOUR THEME AND COLORS? HOW DID YOU MAKE YOUR WEDDING PERSONAL TO YOUR LOVE STORY?
We had a romantic and stylish wedding theme with white, blush and accents of black. The groomsmen wore light gray suits, and my groom wore a dark charcoal gray suit. My bridesmaids wore black bridesmaid dresses, which paired perfectly with the groomsmen’s black ties. One in every of our favourite parts of our wedding was that we had each a band and a DJ! We each love country music but additionally love pop dance music, so we thought, “why not mix the 2?” It was a lot fun! The band would play just a few country dance songs, after which the DJ would are available in and play fun, more traditional wedding dance music. We loved the whole lot about our big day!
