Q: What does WeddingPlan360 actually do?

WeddingPlan360 is a destination wedding agency — a concierge service that helps couples find, negotiate and lock down their dream resort in Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America. We hold contracts with personally vetted resorts, negotiate wedding packages and guest room rates on the couple's behalf, set up site visits, and support the couple through the wedding itself.

Q: How much does WeddingPlan360 cost?

The planning service is free to couples — the resorts pay us, the way hotels pay travel agencies. To get started we take a $500 deposit that is credited toward your venue booking, so it is not a fee — it becomes part of what you were already paying the resort.

Q: How far in advance should we start planning a destination wedding?

The ideal window is 12–18 months before your date — that is when you get the best pricing, first pick of ceremony venues and popular dates, the widest vendor selection, and real room to negotiate. We recommend starting at least 6 months out to lock in better rates. We have planned weddings on a few months' notice, but the closer you get, the fewer options and the higher the prices.

Room blocks. A room block reserves rooms at your resort at a locked-in group rate so your guests can stay on site. Many resorts stop offering room blocks 30–90 days before the wedding date, and without one some guests may not get rooms at your own venue. Room-block pricing also tends to rise as the date approaches, and vendors raise prices and lose availability too. Locking things in early keeps options open and preserves negotiating leverage.

An on-site staff member is available at an additional fee.
