What does WeddingPlan360 actually do?
We are a destination wedding agency — a concierge service that helps you find, negotiate and lock down your dream resort in Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America. We hold contracts with resorts we have personally vetted, negotiate wedding packages and guest room rates on your behalf, set up site visits, and stay with you all the way through the wedding itself.
How much does WeddingPlan360 cost?
Our planning service is free to couples — the resorts pay us, the way hotels pay travel agencies. To get started we take a $500 deposit that is credited toward your venue booking, so it is not a fee — it simply becomes part of what you were already paying the resort.
How far in advance should we start planning a destination wedding?
The ideal window is 12–18 months before your date — that is when you get the best pricing, first pick of ceremony venues and popular dates, the widest vendor selection, and real room to negotiate. We recommend starting at least 6 months out to lock in better rates. We have planned beautiful weddings on just a few months’ notice, so it can absolutely be done — but the closer you get, the fewer options and the higher the prices.
Why does booking early matter so much at a resort?
Two words: room blocks. A room block reserves a set of rooms at your resort at a locked-in group rate so your guests can all stay on site. Many resorts stop offering room blocks 30–90 days before the wedding date — and without one, some of your guests may not be able to get rooms at your own venue. Room-block pricing also tends to rise as the date approaches, and vendors raise prices and lose availability too. Locking things in early keeps your options open and gives us leverage to negotiate for you.
Can you plan a South Asian or multicultural wedding?
Yes — it is one of our real strengths. We plan weddings for every couple, and we have deep experience with South Asian and multicultural celebrations: mandap ceremonies, baraat routes, sangeet nights, multi-day events and the catering that goes with them. The resorts we contract with are well vetted, many with a proven track record hosting Indian weddings specifically.

Across Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America — Cancun, Riviera Maya, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, Punta Cana, Jamaica, Costa Rica and more, with 90+ resorts in our directory. Browse the resorts or tell us your vision and we will shortlist for you.
What support do you provide along the way?
We aim to deliver a 15–20 minute response time — others in the industry can take days. You get a free, professionally designed wedding website where guests book rooms and enter flight details, automated email and SMS reminders so nobody misses a deadline, airport and hotel transfers arranged for your guests, and 24/7 virtual assistance during your wedding. An on-site staff member is available at an additional fee.
Do you offer a best price guarantee?
Yes. If you find a better rate for the same resort and dates, we will work to match or beat it — see our price matching promise. Because we hold contracts with our resorts, our rates are usually the sharpest available to begin with.

South Asian & Indian Destination Weddings

Multi day celebrations are what we plan best. Mehndi, sangeet, a baraat with a route the resort actually closes, a mandap on the sand, and a reception that runs as late as the venue allows. We plan them at resorts we have vetted for South Asian weddings, and we tell you what it costs before you commit to anything.

Real numbers, before the call

We publish named resort prices, not ranges. Royalton's Kohinoor package runs $14,739 for up to 50 guests or $20,899 for up to 100, plus $130 per extra guest, against a room-night minimum we tell you up front.

Ask about the no per person option

At a select few resorts there is no per person reception cost at all. Your guests' own bookings cover the celebration and you pay for decor and entertainment. Invite everyone.
