What we do
We find the right resort, negotiate the package and the room block, and stay with you until the last guest flies home.

- Site visits, so you see the ceremony and reception spaces before you sign anything.
- Negotiation of your wedding package, room block and fees, from the first quote to the final invoice.
- Room block management: contract terms, attrition protection and every deadline tracked for you.
- A wedding website where your guests book their rooms and send their flight details.
- Photographers, décor and entertainment sourced in house, guest reminders, airport transfers, and support at any hour while your guests are travelling.

Cancun, the Riviera Maya, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, the Bahamas and Costa Rica. Every resort we book is in our resort directory, with its venues, guest capacities and package details.
South Asian and multicultural weddings
A three day Indian wedding asks questions a beach ceremony never does. Where can the baraat go? Which venues take a mandap with a fire ceremony? Which resort kitchens can cook a real Indian menu? We plan these weddings often, and our South Asian wedding guides answer those questions resort by resort.
How we are paid
Resorts pay us from their own budget, the way hotels have always paid travel agents. There is no planning fee, no sign-up fee and no percentage of your budget.
To start, we take a $500 deposit, and every dollar of it is credited to your venue booking. If you find a better rate for the same resort, room type and dates, we will do what we can to match or beat it. The one paid extra is an on-site coordinator on your wedding day, if you want one.

Wedding Plan 360 LLC is based in Duluth, Georgia, and led by Hari Dhanani, our CEO and co-founder. We have more than 15 years behind us, and the same planning team stays with you from your first call to your guests’ flights home.

How we research what we publish
Our planning guides use the resort’s own published packages, capacities and rates, never aggregator sites. When a resort does not publish a number, we say so instead of guessing. When a package changes, we correct the page. Read our editorial standards.
