What the company actually does
Wedding Plan 360 LLC helps couples in the United States get married in Mexico and the Caribbean. We build a shortlist of resorts against your real criteria, arrange site visits so you see the event spaces before you commit, help you lock down the venue, build your wedding website, handle guest bookings and transportation, and stay reachable while your guests are travelling. For couples, the concierge service is free.
Most of our work happens in Cancun, the Riviera Maya, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, the Bahamas and Costa Rica. The properties we book are listed in our resort directory.
Who writes these guides
Every article here is written in house by the WeddingPlan360 planning team and published under a named byline, not a generic admin account.
That matters because the questions couples actually ask are operational, not inspirational. Where does a baraat go at a beachfront resort? Which properties have a real Catholic chapel on site instead of a gazebo with a cross? What does the resort quietly leave out of the package price? Those answers come from reading package sheets, walking properties, and sitting through the planning calls, not from rewriting other blogs.
How a guide gets researched
- Resort-published information first. Package inclusions, ceremony locations, venue capacities and rates come from the resort’s own published material, not from aggregators or competitor blogs.
- Checked, and dated when it is. Where a figure has been checked against a resort’s current package documentation, the guide says so and gives the month and year.
- Gaps are stated, not filled. When a resort does not publish a price or an inclusion, the page says so. A blank is better than a plausible invented number.
- Corrected when it changes. Resorts renovate, rebrand, switch chains and rewrite their wedding packages. When we find a page has gone stale, we fix it rather than let it keep ranking on old information.
Why we are careful with prices
Price is the first thing couples search for and the weakest part of most wedding content. A single number published without context is close to useless.
Every rate we publish is a resort-published figure, included to give a rough idea only. Resort pricing changes without notice, and it moves with the date, the season, the day of the week, your guest count, room availability and the exchange rate. Many published figures are quoted before tax and service charge. Nothing on this site is a quote, an offer, or a guarantee of availability. For a real number on a real date, we confirm it with the resort directly.

If something here is wrong, or a resort has changed a package since we published, tell us through our contact page and name the page. We would rather be corrected than keep a tidy-looking number that no longer holds. Resorts and their wedding teams are welcome to send updated package documentation directly.
