Tell us about your proposal!
It was on a rainy day, right after I got my driver’s license. Christof took me to the place where we had our first date and asked me so beautifully. We were engaged for seven years!
Describe your bridal style. How did you wish to look in your wedding day? Tell us about your dress-shopping experience.
I wanted my dress to have glitter but additionally look natural! My dress from Stella York Style 7340 was perfect for my big day. It was the primary wedding dress I attempted on, and it was love at first sight! Shortly before I went to Brautbluete Bridal Shop, I discovered this gown on their Instagram page and immediately fell in love. After that, I attempted on about nine more styles but kept going back to this gorgeous dress!
The highest of the dress glittered so beautifully, and I wore an identical glittery veil to finish the look. It just looked so incredibly gorgeous when the sunshine got here on it— anyone who knows me just knows that I can’t do anything without glitter! This dress was definitely MY dress, and it fit me so well. I just loved it!
Tell us more about your wedding. What was your theme and colours? How did you make your wedding personal to your love story?
I just don’t really know where to begin. I‘m still taking a look at pictures and do not likely consider that this was our wedding. The marriage we’d been waiting for seven years — seven years of an engagement really began to feel like a lifetime!
We desired to create a glance that matched Santorini perfectly, and our wedding planner, Tie The Knot Santorini, made that dream come true! We began planning this beautiful day with them a yr and a half before we got married, and from the very first contact until the day of, all the things was so skilled and fun.
We had a color palette with pastel shades of blue, lilac and rose. I all the time wanted a romantic pastel wedding, and I don’t understand how, but Tie The Knot Santorini and our florist Betty Flowers Santorini created our fairytale. We were in love with the colours, the theme and all the décor —it was so romantic and excellent!
What was probably the most special memory from that day?
My favorite memory of the day was our first dance at sunset with the fabulous and famous view of Santorini! I also loved the vow exchange during our ceremony, and the moment we said, “I do.”
We opted for an elopement for our “civil” wedding. So yes, we got married with none family or friends. ???????????????? ????ℎ???? ???????????? ???????? ???????? in probably the most beautiful place on the planet for us… And it was the most effective decision we could have made. It was just magical!
