An and Tyler tied the knot on an exquisite sun-soaked day in Wyncote, Pennsylvania. With so many gorgeous details and styling, this dream celebration is one to not be missed. The florals by Mark Kintzel Design that filled the day with countless romance are a sight to behold.
An’s beautiful wedding dress was the exclamation mark on the day. She wore the gorgeous Essense of Australia Style D3063. This sexy sheath bridal gown displays the best combination of sheer lace detail and soft, clean crepe for a bridal look that’s classic yet modern.
Each incredible image captured by Addison George Photography is more beautiful than the last. TELL US ABOUT YOUR PROPOSAL!
We were on an adventure photo session with a photographer during a hike. It snowed the day before, so the bottom and trees were still covered. We hiked right down to the largest waterfall on the state park.
We gave one another an enormous hug as a part of the prompt from the photographer, but then Tyler got down on one knee and proposed. We were each emotional, and the photographer captured the entire thing. It’s so special to have those photos to reminisce on.
After that, we popped champagne. It began to snow, so we took just a few more photos before heading back up. We then went to a pleasant restaurant on the town for dinner, where Tyler surprised me by having our greatest friends there waiting for us.
DESCRIBE YOUR BRIDAL STYLE. HOW DID YOU WANT TO LOOK ON YOUR WEDDING DAY? TELL US ABOUT YOUR DRESS-SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.
My bridal style was classic and romantic, with a touch of whimsical. My shopping experience was busy. I desired to see all of the possible wedding gown options, so I visited several boutiques and tried on many dresses.
I had thought I would love an A-line dress because that’s the style I’m often comfortable with wearing, but Silk Bridal had me try on a more fitted gown, and it felt so right. I used to be still unsure of the dress design, in order that they brought in just a few more fitted dresses for me to try. I fell in love with Essense of Australia Style D3063 since it had the main points I wanted. It has a beautiful back and train, buttons and just a few appliqués.
TELL US MORE ABOUT YOUR WEDDING. WHAT WERE YOUR THEME AND COLORS? HOW DID YOU MAKE YOUR WEDDING PERSONAL TO YOUR LOVE STORY?
The theme was classic and romantic, with a touch of whimsical — which matched the kind of my wedding dress perfectly. The colour palette was centered around pastel hues, and it included dusty lavender, blush, sage green, navy, white and gold. We made our wedding personal by having fun fact napkins about us and custom Chinese wedding guest cloth. Incorporating our dog was vital to us, so we customized drink stirrers with our dog on them and had a figurine of our dog on our wedding cake.
WHAT WAS THE MOST SPECIAL MEMORY FROM THAT DAY?
Essentially the most special memory from the day was our first look. I used to be so nervous and stressed all morning, but as soon as I saw Tyler for our first look, all those feelings dissipated, and I felt so comfortable and calm. We read our private vows to at least one one other, and it was so intimate and meaningful. It was lovely to have that moment together by ourselves since it was like we were finally together to proceed through the remaining of the busy day.
Cheers to An and Tyler!
