From junior prom to a lighthouse proposal, Jadah and Judson’s love story is the definition of full circle. As highschool sweethearts, the 2 practically grew up together—first as classmates, then as best friends and now, as husband and wife.
On her wedding day, Jadah knew she wanted her dress to make a press release. Inspired by a few of her favorite glamorous TV brides, she found her dream dress at Ivory and White Bridal Boutique: Martina Liana Style 1611, a romantic, trumpet-style gown flared into layers of textured tulle and just the fitting amount of drama to feel like a princess on Jadah’s big day.

JADAH, TELL US ABOUT YOUR PARTNER. HOW DID YOU MEET?
Judson and I are highschool sweethearts. We grew up in a really small town and went to a small private school together since kindergarten. We first began dating in eighth grade and the timing was just not right yet, but we continued to be the most effective of friends. We went to our junior prom together, and after, I made a decision I could break the friend zone. We began officially dating once we were 17, and the remaining is history!
Judson proposed once we were 22 on the Children’s Harbor Lighthouse on Lake Martin. This was a special place for us as we’d talked about it being a possible wedding venue selection since it is so beautiful and I really like the little white chapel on the property. It unfortunately was too small for our guest capability, so he desired to propose there so I could still experience and make memories at this beautiful location.

I even have been dreaming of my wedding day since I used to be a bit girl. I’m a girly girl, and Martina Liana Style 1611 had the easy, elegant look with the just the fitting amount of “extra” to suit my vision. I felt like an absolute princess, and the flared train of layers of tulle on this dress was unbelievable. It was my literal dream dress!
Judson didn’t expect anything lower than the “wow” factor of a dress I wore. He was left speechless when he saw me. He told me I looked just like the real-life princess I’m, and he couldn’t imagine me looking any more beautiful.

IN YOUR OWN WORDS, TELL US MORE ABOUT YOUR WEDDING.
Judson and I even have been together nearly our whole lives, from having elementary crushes on one another to finally dating in highschool. Everyone in our small town knows Judson and I were made for one another.
At the marriage, our display table had pictures showcasing all of our favourite memories together, back to our first photo together. This was so special to share and go down memory lane for all of our guests to see.
Cheers to Jadah and Justin!
