This fairytale story began with love at first sight, resulting in a lakeside proposal and a magical ceremony at a shocking, castle-inspired venue. Real Bride Olivia and Nico found one another on a dating app, and from the moment they met, they each knew they shared a real connection. It only took them a yr of dating to understand that they were one another’s happily ever after.
After all, Olivia’s gown could possibly be nothing lower than fit for a princess. When she found Stella York Style 7711, a ballgown exuding timeless, royal elegance with touches of stylish charm like a contemporary dramatic bow and discreet hand pockets, she couldn’t walk away.
Wander off within the magic of Olivia and Nico’s big day, straight from a storybook.

OLIVIA, TELL US ABOUT YOUR PARTNER. HOW DID YOU MEET?
Nico and I met on a dating app, and it genuinely felt like love at first sight. Our connection was so natural and pure from the very starting. After a yr of dating, he proposed to me at Lake Michigan in downtown Chicago and he had the cutest setup on the sand, complete with pictures of us, flowers and a “Marry Me” sign.
When Nico watched me walk down the aisle, he was stuffed with pleased tears and couldn’t stop smiling. He told me my dress was beautiful and that it looked prefer it was made only for me

For my wedding day, I all the time imagined feeling like a real princess. I wanted something that could possibly be timeless yet elegant, classy and on trend. Once I found Stella York Style 7711, it embodied just that and more.
I felt just like the dramatic bow within the back was modern and on-trend, while the general simplicity of the luxurious Mikado fabric gave me that timeless feel. The ballgown silhouette and incredibly chic, tailored bodice created the last word royal princess feel. On my wedding day, I felt even higher than I had ever imagined. I’ve never felt more beautiful in a chunk of clothing.

IN YOUR OWN WORDS, TELL US MORE ABOUT YOUR WEDDING.
When planning our wedding, I knew I desired to have a “fairytale” day because that’s what our love looks like to me. It’s not perfect, and definitely not just like the classic fairytales, but it surely’s real, pure and peaceful — it’s home. To me, we’re the perfect ending to a fairytale story.
Our venue, The Armour House Mansion and Gardens, embodied the royal summer wedding we were going for. It was originally built as a mansion by a husband for his wife, who loved European architecture, so the space has a royal feel, together with the gorgeous garden and pond, which created a magical vibe for our ceremony. Probably the most special a part of our day was taking a look at all our family and friends, the people we love essentially the most, in a single room, celebrating our love. Nico and I do know that we wouldn’t have gotten up to now if it weren’t for the people within the room with us. We felt incredibly grateful as we admired how our dream wedding became a reality.
Cheers to Olivia and Nico!
