John & Gemma's glorious, laugh-out-loud Sussex wedding with York Place Studios

And now for something completely different…

I’d wish to think this wedding is at the center of all the pieces you’ll see on English Wedding. It’s filled with fun and character, loaded up sky high with hearty chuckles and will need to have been the BEST day for everybody who was there.

Bride and groom Gemma & John share an excellent sense of humour, and there are many photos here which is able to make you laugh out loud. Their wedding was sent in by our good friends, London wedding photographers York Place Studios. It really shows how essential it’s to ‘click’ along with your wedding photographers… whether that’s over a shared sense of humour, love of Monty Python or anything that makes you grin!

Gemma’s gorgeous; John her perfect partner and you’ll be able to see their love and laughter just bursts from the screen. There’s every little bit of wedding magic here: the stunning dress and fabulous suit, the attractive bouquet, the beautiful venue filled with fairy lights… and that’s only for starters. The props and signage are utter genius, your complete day just looks incredible. Often I’ll try to select a favorite ‘bit’ of a marriage we feature here, but (dead parrots, spam and eggs notwithstanding) I can’t select which moments I like best, and I can’t stop scrolling and laughing at John and Gemma’s uniquely wonderful day!
