The usual RSVP card asks one question: will you attend? A destination wedding asks five. Will Dadi come to the haldi at ten? Is Aarav at the sangeet? Who is a Jain at the reception dinner? RSVP Studio is the tool we built to ask every guest about every event, on one link per family.
Try RSVP Studio, no signup needed.
What does one family link do?
Add the Mehtas once, not four times. Whoever opens the link answers for the people they speak for, name by name, event by event. You can also give a family four spots and let them write in who is coming.
Each event keeps its own time, place, dress code, guest list and live headcount. Set a deadline and the studio keeps a live list of the households that have not answered yet.
What do your guests see?
- Your own link: weddingplan360.com/rsvp/yourname. Taken already? We suggest a few that are free.
- Their language. 12 of them, one tap away: English, Spanish, Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Urdu, French, Portuguese, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese and Arabic.
- Large, clear text. Nobody reaches for their reading glasses to say yes.
- Calendar invites in the resort’s time zone. Move the sangeet an hour and it moves on their phone too.
- What to wear and how to get there, on one page: the dress code for each event, the room block, travel and arrival.
- Their choice of how much they hear. Just the essentials, or a note the day before each event with the time, what to wear and how to get there.
- No ads and no registry upsells. Nothing reaches a guest that you did not write.
What do you get back?
A list the resort kitchen can read. Every yes, every no, every no nuts and every Jain, by event and by name. Jain sits in the dropdown, not in a notes field nobody reads. Export it and send it to your resort planner.
Getting your list in is one paste: import a spreadsheet or paste the names as text, and export whenever you like.
How do the invitations go out?
From your own phone, on WhatsApp. Each household gets its link from your number, so Nani can call you, and you answer for her. Reminders and a full year of updates line up with one tap.
One honest note: guest email is still in testing. Until it opens, later in the beta, reminders and updates wait in your studio and you send each household its link yourself.
Is it only for weddings?
No. There are 13 templates: destination weddings, South Asian destination weddings, local weddings, engagements, bridal and baby showers, birthdays, kids’ parties, anniversaries, office events, holiday parties, reunions and graduations. Pick one and the page fills in the events, wording and colors for you to change.
How does it fit with your room block?
This is why we built it inside a wedding company. Your RSVP site carries your room booking link, and guests who book through it stay in your block at your group rate. Setting it up is step 3 of the checklist we run for every couple, and the same guest list later feeds your shot list and your seating chart. It also links to your guest photo album.
Frequently asked questions
Do our guests need an account or an app?
No. One link per household, no password, no app. If someone loses the link, they enter the email or phone number the invitation went to and it comes back.
What does it cost?
It is free during the beta, with no card needed to sign up. After the beta, Starter is normally $19 and Plus is normally $39 a year. Couples planning with WeddingPlan360 get it included, free for good.
Does it send our invitations by email?
Not yet. Guest email is still in testing. Until it opens, later in the beta, you send each household its link yourself, on WhatsApp or however your family talks.
Is our guest list private?
Yes. Guest pages are unlisted and never indexed by search engines.
What happens when the beta ends?
Whatever you built keeps working. We will not take a site away mid wedding.
