WeddingPlan360 helps you plan a destination wedding from A-Z. We care to truly advocate for our couples every step of the way.
That first sentence is easy to say. Here is what it means in practice: one team, ours, from the first call to the last line of the resort’s bill. You do not get passed to a call center when the contract is signed, and you do not chase five companies for five answers.
Before you choose a resort
- A shortlist that fits. We hold contracts with more than 90 resorts, and we match them against your guest count, budget and dates, including honest “that one is the wrong fit” advice.
- Real numbers early. Our cost calculator gives you a range in a minute, built from real proposals we have priced. Then we get the resorts’ own pricing for your date.
- Site visits to the resorts on your shortlist, planned with you.
Contracts and your room block
- Negotiation of your wedding package, room block and fees, and not only at signing. It continues until the wedding.
- Room block management: contract structure, attrition protection and deadline tracking, so a slow-booking block does not turn into a bill.
- Wholesale group rates from contracts we signed directly with resorts, backed by our published price match promise.
Your guests
- An RSVP site that asks every guest about every event, in their language, with your room booking link on it. How RSVP Studio works.
- Rooming changes, travel questions and resort issues, handled by us, so your phone is not the help desk.
- Airport and hotel transfer coordination.
- A shared photo album for every photo your guests take. How the album works.
Your events and vendors
- Venue spaces for every event, locked in early, because popular spaces go first.
- Vendor sourcing done in house: photographers, decor, entertainment. Or find your own on our vendor marketplace.
- Your decor, menus and schedule agreed with the resort planner, on one call we set up.
- Multicultural weddings are normal for us. Sangeet, haldi, mehndi and mandap ceremonies are a regular part of our calendar.
Wedding week and after
- 24/7 virtual support during your wedding.
- An on-site coordinator, physically present on your wedding day, is available at an additional fee. Ask us for a quote.
- A final bill review. We check the resort’s bill line by line, so every free room, upgrade and credit you earned is on it.
Every one of these jobs has a place on the 10-step checklist we run for every couple.
How are we paid?
The resorts pay us, the same way hotels have always paid travel agencies. That commission comes from the resort’s budget, not your rate. We charge no planning fee. The only money we take from you is a $500 deposit, and every dollar of it is credited toward your venue booking. The whole arrangement is published here. And here is exactly what that free planning covers.
Frequently asked questions
Do you charge a planning fee?
No. Resorts pay us a commission when your wedding and room block confirm. We charge no planning fee, no sign-up fee and no percentage of your budget.
Is the on-site coordinator included?
A coordinator physically present on your wedding day is available at an additional fee. Ask us for a quote.
Do you plan South Asian weddings?
Regularly: sangeet, haldi, mehndi, the baraat, the mandap. Several resorts we work with have Indian cuisine on site as part of their normal dining.
Is it too late if our wedding is a few months away?
Earlier is better for pricing and space, but we have planned real weddings with two to three months’ notice.
