Wedding Functions
Mehndi
The festivities kicked off with the colourful mehndi soiree teeming with the whimsical decor of pink hues and the allure of Rajasthani folk music by the multi-talented Kutle Khan. The couple and their family members were in high spirits as they set the tone for the upcoming festivities with joyous moments of music and dance.
Sufi Night
The evening transitioned right into a Sufi night filled with magic with the musical stylings of Bhavin Shastri. Arabic-inspired elements equivalent to intricate metal lamps and jaali partitions made their way into the decor, setting an ambiance of mystique. Wearing riveting ensembles of red, the couple made a blinding entry amid sparklers before exchanging their rings to great applause.
Pool Party
The following day began with a laidback party by the pool where the guests enjoyed a fun-filled boozy brunch in a Greek-inspired setting of white and blue, decked with the summery charm of pink bougainvilleas.
Sangeet
The evening revved up with an extravagant Sangeet soiree, filled with high-octane performances by the couple and their family members. The dance-off was followed by the artistic genius of Amit Mishra who set the stage on fire. The decor of massive LED light installations, crystal canopies, sparklers, and more, lent a fiery elegance to the occasion.
Haldi
The ultimate day began with the sunkissed soiree of Haldi. The normal marigold decor was re-imagined for the occasion with unmatched abundance and saw stunning arrangements and big floral structures which were complemented with vivid prints, and more. The couple was showered with flower petals and blessings in a joyous ceremony, and their guests spent the day dancing to the tunes of the Rajasthani Langa group.
Wedding
Hosted at the long-lasting Baradari Lawns, the marriage saw breathtaking decor of truly grandiose proportions. Stepping away from traditional reds and golds, a palette of ivory and soft cream was accentuated with plush arrangements of exotic blooms and shimmering chandeliers for a vision unlike any seen before. The marble structure of the lawns towered above as a striking mandap for the ceremony, richly decorated with a cover of white and red blooms. The couple tied the knot to wedding chants by Sangeeta Mule and Ravi Chary with the sitar symphony, creating the right wedding aura.
